• John M work as hermetic room air purifier. Please check blow reasons:

• Why purifier’s fan keeps running, is this normal?
• It’s not normal. Reasons below:
  1. PM2.5 greater than 5ug/m3.
  2. Please check is detector/controller in Auto mode.
  3. Hermetic room space is greater than 120 square meters.
  4. Indoor contaminant is greater than machine’s air in/out circulation rate.
  5. Windows or doors are not closed completely.

• Can I not change the filter?
• No. To sustain fresh air quality indoor, please replace filter every 3 months or the filter light turns Red on the detector/controller.

• How long does detector/controller lithium battery last?
• fully charged batter last 6 hours, however, always keep your lithium battery level no less 50% (2bar) , to avoid the possibility of malfunction such as screen black out permanently. It will affect your warranty if used inappropriately. Follow the user manual.

• Will it affects the window from opening or closing if installing John M. hermetic room air purifier?
• No. When typhoon/hurricane strikes, please keep the window closed and turn off John M. hermetic room air purifier. If your house have security alarm system installed, when turn on the alarm system, closed your window and turn OFF the John M purifier.

• How do I evaluate how many Jahn M. hermetic room air purifier to buy?
• Normally one John M. hermetic room air purifier is suitable for house less than 120 square meters with height of ceiling not exceeding 3.2 meters. If your house structure got many rooms, we suggest to apply additional purifier. Turn on 1 or 2 fans to circulate air in the house, this will expedite the process and time of John M. hermetic room air purifier to clean.
